Privacy Policy

What we collect

Linkspan collects only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Game stats — your puzzle results, streaks, and hint usage, stored locally in your browser and optionally synced to our database when you sign in.
• Account info — if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

How we use it

• To save and sync your game statistics across devices.
• To identify your account and display your initial in the header.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Supabase — stores your account and stats data. Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth — used for sign-in. Google Privacy Policy.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Game stats stored only in your browser can be cleared by clearing your browser's local storage.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
